Re: Violation of NCGR Bylaws as well as my Human Rights as a loyal organization member.

Dear NCGR members:

In February 2018, National Council for Geocosmic Research (NCGR) Chair Joyce Levine and the NCGR Elective Board, Linda Wilk, Leigh Westin, Ramya Krishnamurthy, Judy Johnson, Liane Thomas Wade and Armand Diaz, violated Due Process in the NCGR Bylaws as well as the human rights of a loyal organization member, me. The situation should be of great concern to all NCGR Chapter presidents and their respective members since such a situation can happen to any member who donates his/her talents, energy and personal finances to assist the organization and his/her chapter in basic survival. This violation of human rights threatens the existence of the entire organization. It overshadows the organization’s mission, which is to foster education and research in astrology.

On March 4, 2018, Joyce Levine was notified about her and the board’s violation of the NCGR Bylaws and was offered to resolve this matter on an amicable basis. As a Chair, she was expected to address her and the Board’s violation appropriately. She was also provided the legal definitions of defamation, libel and harassment in an email addressed to her, Linda Wilk and Leigh Westin. However, these ladies ignored their mandated responsibilities and legal definitions and proceeded down their path of willful ignorance and disrespect of laws, which is tantamount to abuse of power.

Joyce Levine misrepresented to the United Astrology Conference (UAC) Board the details of the matter, which wrongly led to a breach of contract between UAC and me, as a speaker.

On March 22, 2018, the NCGR Board released a “Letter to Membership” filled with false statements about me in what appeared, a further attempt to tarnish my reputation without providing any concrete proof of statements.

I am offering a detailed response to all the claims stated in that letter. I’ve attached a copy of the “Letter to Membership” and, in a second attachment is my response with facts and documents. The NCGR membership deserves to hear both sides of the story and decide for themselves where the truth stands and whether or not the current NCGR Board is fit to govern this organization.

After my public webinar, I received supporting emails from NCGR members, presidents and board members of chapters as well as NCGR Advisory board members. It was conveyed to me that the NCGR Board is notorious in terms of unprofessional behavior.

I am no longer interested in contributing to NCGR’s cause under the administration of Joyce Levine. I do not see how Joyce Levine can maintain the community’s respect continuing to defend her unjust position. However, I still believe that she has an opportunity to do the right thing. I expect Joyce Levine to remedy the damage that was done because of her actions and facilitate the reversal of the breach of contract with UAC as I am eager to present my groundbreaking framework in physics of astrology at UAC.
